Shipping Information

At Movement The Brand, we take pride in making sure your order gets to you safely and on time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the day of the drop (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During drops, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3–7 business days after processing

  • International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on location

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Movement The Brand is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but missing, contact your local carrier first.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging must be included.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or item changes, based on availability.

  • If the item you want is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed items

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at movementthebrand@outlook.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
